We respect your right to change your mind and want to offer you a safe and fair shopping experience. You may return any product purchased from our online store, without having to justify your decision, within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order, in accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.

This policy applies to all products available in the store, regardless of category, size or functionality, provided they meet the return criteria below.

1. General conditions for accepting returns

Products may only be returned if they:

• Are in the same condition in which they were delivered;
• Are unused, with no signs of assembly, testing or damage;
• Have intact original packaging (including box, labels, protective films, documents);
• Are complete (including accessories, instructions, inner packaging elements, etc.).

Returns will not be accepted for products that:

• Show signs of use, installation or improper handling;
• Have damaged original packaging or are missing components originally delivered;
• Have been personalised or modified at the customer's request;
• Fall within categories exempted by law (e.g. hygiene products, unsealed consumables).

All returns are inspected upon receipt at the warehouse, and final acceptance of the return is subject to the returned product's compliance with the above.

2. Legal return period

The legal withdrawal period is 14 calendar days, calculated from the date on which the customer or a designated person received the order.

If the order included multiple products delivered separately, the period is calculated from the date of delivery of the last product.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to submit a return request before the 14-day period expires.

3. Return costs

All shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the customer. We do not accept parcels returned cash on delivery.

The customer is responsible for choosing a courier and for packaging the product appropriately so that it is not damaged during transit.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 14 calendar days. Refunds are made exclusively by bank transfer, to the account provided by the customer.

The refund does not include the original shipping costs or return expenses.

5. Return procedure

Send a return request to our email address, stating:

– the order number

– the product(s) you wish to return

– optionally, the reason for the return (not required)

You will receive confirmation and the return address, along with any additional instructions.

After receiving the parcel and validating the return, the amount paid will be refunded to you within the legal timeframe.
