Glossary of Terms Used

Product Availability
Products displayed on the site are listed with a stock availability note; however, this information may be affected by delayed technical synchronisations, system errors or a high volume of orders.
The merchant does not guarantee the permanent availability of displayed products and cannot be held liable if a product appears to be in stock but is no longer actually available. In such cases, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, and any amount paid (where applicable) will be refunded in full.
Product Warranty
Products sold are covered by a warranty in accordance with applicable legislation and each manufacturer's/supplier's policy.
For individuals, products carry a warranty of between 12 and 24 months, depending on the manufacturer's specifications.
For legal entities, the warranty is limited to 12 months.
To claim the warranty, proof of purchase (fiscal invoice) must be presented and the product's usage conditions must be observed.
Payment Methods
Orders can be paid using one of the methods available at the time of checkout:

Cancellation of Card-Paid Orders
Orders paid by card may be cancelled free of charge only if the order has not yet been processed — meaning the AWB has not been issued and the parcel has not been handed over to the courier.
After this stage, cancellation can only be carried out by submitting a return request in accordance with the applicable return policy.
Return Policy
Under applicable legislation, the customer has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days of receipt.
For a return to be accepted:
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with intact original packaging, undamaged labels and seals (where applicable), and no signs of use.
It must be properly repackaged and accompanied by all documents delivered with it.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
They will be borne by the merchant only if:
the wrong product was delivered;
the product is damaged or non-functional upon receipt.
Refunds for returned products will be processed within a maximum of 30 days from receipt and validation of the return.
Limitation of Liability
The merchant cannot be held responsible for any technical errors, malfunctions of the site, computer viruses or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect its use.
The information presented on the site does not constitute a contractual offer and is for informational purposes only. Order confirmation is made by email or phone, as applicable.
